ADVANTAGES
Expert: Zen Cybersmith
- +2 to non-combat checks involving cybernetics.
Expert: Athlete
- +1 to bonus on strength and agility rolls to climb, run, or lift, and any roll required to play an athletic sport such as baseball, football, basketball, or swimming
Expert: Shadow Steps
- May use Agility instead of Deception for Hide.
Heroic: Enhanced Reflexes
- Base AP Cost: 3 Activation: None. In times of great Stress your character’s reflexes get a much needed boost. As your cognitive functions speed up, to you, the world seems to slow down. When you purchase this Power, you gain the Enhanced Reflexes (Agility) Specialty Aspect. This Aspect may be invoked any time quick reflexes would be advantageous, such as dodging attacks or determining initiative. In addition, any time you invoke your Enhanced Reflexes Aspect for a reroll, such as dodging an incoming blow or catching a thrown object, you can use the higher of the two dice results. Also, you can roll your Agility to defend against ranged attacks from guns and bows.
Heroic: Herculean Strength
- Base AP Cost: 2 Activation: None. You are incredibly strong, a mountain of muscle and power. You gain a +2 bonus to all rolls to lift, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects or grapple with opponents. In addition, when using your Strength to make an attack with a melee weapon, or when you attack by throwing a weapon, the Weapon Rating for that weapon is increased by +2.

HISTORY
Xue Fang is the Heiress to the Iron Dragon. The short version of this means, her daddy was a bit of a jerk. So that means she's the princess of jerks. Sort of. Long version involves a lot more blood. More trials and insults and corporate espionage; and who could forget - ninjas. Though not to mislead, Xue Fang and her father were the ninjas. They were of a long line of mortals that prided themselves on maintaining the edge in warfare. They were quite economical, selling their abilities to the bidder (not always the highest) and seeing events unfold. If there was any plan to it, Xue Fang never really managed to understand it. Sometimes strikes were made off of favors, or whatever change was in someone's pocket at the time. Other times it came from fabulous riches. So, Xue Fang had just come to the conclusion that there was some honor in it. That they relied off of - who was asking, why they were asking, and then - what would likely unfold from her father's actions. That sort of thought process became sideways when her father was murdered. The challenger was claiming the rights of the clan. Modern conveniences being what they are, the clan was more like aaa... hm.. well more like a corporation. Which would make her father a warlord hitman thing. But anyway. The challenger challenged her father for the right to lead the clan. Which challenges to the Federation was not entirely uncommon. Just... never actually to her father.
So the big magical mystery tour that keeps her as the Heiress instead of the big next honcho of the Iron Dragon is a couple of things.
1) Technically, the challenger is now the leader of the Iron Dragon.
2) Xue Fang, while having a lovely life of training and daddy issues, does not have the cred to back the position.
3) Siding with Xue Fang means going against the challenger, who is now at the top of her father's tower.
While knocking the challenger's block off would be a wonderful thing, there are a few ... problems... with it. Her family doesn't do magic. Which, while perhaps not the worst thing in the world, becomes a problem when you're not exactly sure what the challenger is. Well.. who he is as well. The guy never really gave his name. Nor has since. He's simply called the Iron Dragon now. Aesthetically speaking, all modern Iron Dragon practitioners are cyborgs. For one reason or another they started becoming cyborgs when the tech became available and really hadn't looked back. This challenger however iiiiisn't exactly that. To the naked eye he still has all his parts connected under the flab of human flesh. So after seeing her dad get walloped like the guy was threshing grain, Xue Fang is trying not to directly challenge her father's murderer. Not yet. As is, the new Iron Dragon doesn't seem too concerned with Xue Fang's existence. That may change in time, but more than a few attempting to gain the Dragon's favor have come around knocking on her door.
Though there are other people not just them knocking. With Xue Fang's disgrace, other practitioners have taken it upon themselves to test their skills as well. Xue Fang tended to be in as much danger from people seeking to challenger her 'school' as much as those wanting to get brownie points with the challenger. Her contests and attempts of evasion took her quite a distance. Eventually the space between her home and where she's at now put a dampner on those would be rivals. Space became her friend. It also gave her time to rebuild. Those servants still loyal to her father's legacy returned. As of late, Xue Fang has begun to take it upon herself to try and perfect her Art. To test herself as able. To prove to others and herself that her father's legacy was not tarnished. And whatever the... Iron Dragon was... really was... he would pay in due time.
