With step one of like a bajillion done, Xue continues on her plan. On out of the sewers with team in tow hopefully, Xue tries to navigate a path to the objective as stealthily as she could. Phase 2 of super ninja mission - break in and get evidence to blow his cover wide open.

Maybe she wasn't such a good choice for this mission...oh well, too late now...
Regardless, she follows Xue as quickly as she can, watching her every move curiously and with stars in her eyes...

Celia nodded, and was about as quiet as you could hope for. Which was say, she was only humming the Metal Gear Solid theme under her breath.

Casey stood outside, dressed in a black and red Wa Lolita outfit, looking around the area.
"Okay Dessy! Here's where the source of the outage Should Be. We've got to go in and show those who would deny hundreds of children and myself the glory of the Third Season Finale of Rockin' Kitty!"
Casey said posing dramatically

Destiny stands next to Casey, looking far too serious to be wearing what appears to be a catsuit.
"Well lets get to the bottom of this, why someone would randomly disrupt everyone's power to stop an anime from airing is beyond me. It seems almost childishly petty, like ruining Christmas or stealing love."

At which point...the sewer grate opens, and Xue Feng, Kate, Celia, Destiny, and Casey find themselves facing each other. Nearby, is the back entrance to Adrian's restaurant.
(Xue, Kate, and Celia each gain a Fate Point due to Complications)

Xue looks to the new group. There's a pause. Catsuit. Looks like the lady from the college. College. Catsuit. Uh.. maybe... they were trying to be sneaky as well? Right. Anyway. She holds up a finger over her lips for the universal 'quiet' sign then moves on towards the back entrance. She does - for her part - look to see if everyone is following.

Destiny pauses, given the conflicting messages of shushing and stealthy shouting, she simply waves to the other group. "Don't tell me, you're all trying to watch Rockin' kitty too?"

"Keep hidden. Keep quiet. Get blackmail material. Get a reporter to stop before he causes some real damage." Xue says. Her tone is rushed. More people. This was going to become more and more difficult. "If he keeps up, a lot of people could get hurt. So we make him stop." She continues going to the back entrance of the restaurant, trying to keep an eye out.

As the door clinks open, Xue opens it to find...a dark-skinned figure in a ski mask, bent down in the back of the restaurant, apparently looking over a safe embedded into the floor. He looks up...and blinks, looking over the group. "Are...you...kidding me? Did this place double-book or something?"

"Seems that way. Split it 50/50? We just did the power." She says and begins trying to scope the place out. If the guy doesn't stop her, she's going to begin scooting into the building and looking for her objectives.

Katelyn turns to address the new group, waving a little bit with a silly grin!
Then she hears Rockin' Kitty..
"Oooooh, Rockin' Kitty is an awesome show~~ Wait...was there an episode viewing tonight?"
She doesn't seem to notice the person on the safe yet...

Oooh, oooh, oooh, a villain! Never mind there was stealth ops, there was villainy afoot. Actually, yes, there was stealth ops... so... they also needed to do this quietly. She didn't want to put their current mission in jeopardy, but they had to beat the obvious villain. Let's see, Xue said this whole thing was about Batman-type heroics.
Perfect.
Xue approached the thief, whispered "I'm Batman." before attempting to strike them with chi claws.
Celia uses Soul Claw (WR 4, Difficulty 7) against the thief
