Nikki can't see any...but she CAN see that there's a good few mundanes who are looking over to investigate everything. As she looks, a figure approaches. A mildly overweight officer, rushing over as fast as he can, pausing to take a break a few times. At least he doesn't have a doughnut, having switched to protein bars in his pockets.
His name is, unfortunately, Officer Robert Sally, as he reaches it. "Okay...what's going on, and where is the perp?"

Niko holds Rena close, petting her head. "It's all right, Rena. We got a cop here now." she says, turning her attention to Robert Sally. "Some psycho with a bow and arrow fired at Rena here! The guy who did it vanished with the help of some sorta angelic figure, though. I've never seen anything... like... it..."
She 'hmmms'... keeping Rena in a one armed hug, she gets her journal out. After her family got on the right track, she was certain that they've had some dust-ups with Van Helsings.
(Niko consults the unreliable Easton Journal!
42yAolrE+ 1, for looking for information about Van Helsings, operating procedures and other unusual noteworthy powers that previous Eastons may have encountered.)···

(Should be +2, as you got knowledge of 2. Niko...And remember that you can spend an FP to either reroll, or get a +2. And, using the Easton Journal almost ALWAYS means you have reason for a +2!)
Niko, as first glance, can't find any sign of mention of Van Hellsings...until she realizes that it's likely they wouldn't use the phrase 'Van Hellsing'.
And then she gets information. A lot of it. Most of it is simple sotries. One is of a guy who tried to stop a vampire by lots of garlic, one is of a guy who went after a rumored werewolf with a silver sword...expected it to poison the werewolf. Turns out, it...wasn't a werewolf. It was a Beast. The list goes on. The only thing in common?
They all have NO idea what they are doing, and most of the reported ones...go themselves killed. Van Hellsings don't have an organization. They don't have powers. They don't have operating procedures. They're just vigilantes who think they know what they are doing.
Oh, wait...she found one that's interesting. A guy was trying to start a witch trial, claiming that witches worshipped Satan, etc...and stealing their assets. Turns out? He was a Death Seer...who was getting his Ghosts to do it. He burned REAL good. (Even though he had most of the witches hung from the neck until they were dead...well, the final fight took place in a sawdust factory.)

Time to get the work, "Right. He vanished with an angel-like figure embracing it. Obviously, it's some sort of tech, unless they've gone with one of those 'use psychic powers to destroy psychic powers' things, which is unlikely."
Nikki pointed to the arrow "The perp shot that arrow."
She then pointed to the tree, "We found a small cache as well. A bow, and a verse known to be popular to the Rock were found."
She then looked at her friend as well. Nikki didn't particularly enjoy it, but she did have a silver tongue. Well, not as much with this sort of thing, but she could take a shot. She walked over and crouched down, "Hey, don't worry, we'll make sure it never happens again." with a smile and a caring voice. She was blushing slightly, since it was sort of embarrassing to be doing this.
Nikki rolls Empathy 2 to attempt to help calm Rena. Additionally, since dryads are known to have a somewhat motherly countenance (which would be REALLY reassuring) Nikki invokes her Maternal Beauty (P) aspect, for a base of 4.

Delphi, meanwhile, watched over the shattered remains of the arrow. She didn't touch it, and would actively stop anyone from trying to touch the wooden arrow. Which was wooden. When she can grow as much wood as she wants from the tree growing from her back. And while she's holding a bow. Yeah, that's not suspicious at ALL.
Delphi decides that it would be a smart idea to grow something as to give to the police to use DNA testing on so to prove that she's not the culprit. Hopefully, anyway.

Millie still looks a little dazed--she almost stumbles directly into Officer Sally. "Oh! Sorry. I mean... sorry." She looks back at the rest of the club. "Um... I have some spells left over from another gig. Should I track his scent?"

Rena, upon hearing Nikki's voice, doesn't say anything to her, just cuddling closer to Niko. It seems that even Nikki's motherly beauty doesn't help, and in fact may have startled Rena a bit more, as she begins to gum at Niko's shoulder a little, her fangs out. Meanwhile, as Delphi tries to make the...something, she gets a wave of nasuea, and has to refrain.
(Nikki takes 1 social stress, and Delphi takes 1 Chi stress.)
Officer Bob looks over the arrow, and the passage, and sighs. "Ayup...definitely one of those extremist types. I've...actually seen the arrow before. Think they use arrows like that at that archery place downtime. Yajurushi-Do? Has an archery and shooting range attached, I know some of those other officers go there sometimes. Anyway, thanks for your help. I'm gonna bag and tag all this stuff. Anything else I can do for you guys?"
(Remember, after you roll, you can spend a Fate Point to reroll...AND, because of the way the forum is set up...I'll allow you all to take a +2 fate point, and transfer it to a reroll Fate Point, as long as I haven't posted yet. You can also edit in Fate Point expenditures. And 'P' stuff can be used for a reroll...)

Delphi thinks for a moment and says, "We suspect this person to be the reported Park Creeper. The hollow tree with his stuff inside over there," Delphi points at the opened tree, "and he apparently had a way to become invisible to the naked eye that doesn't work when looking through technology. You might want to advise those looking for the perp to look though something to find them easier."

"Does this mean we're done?" Millie asks, looking to Delphi. "Did we solve the case?"

Bob nods. "Well, unless you're the type to try to undercut a police investigation by trying to go after the guy yourselves? I'd say you pretty much got the guy. I just have to take this stuff down to be processed, fill out some paperwork, get a warrent, and in a few days I'll check in on Yajurushi-Do. I'll also fill out some forms to get cameras set up in places, and get some other officers down here. We can get the other officers down in, oh...probably an hour or so, and look over for more caches like this. Not like the guy's gonna get away while we're making sure to cover all our bases."

(Okay, I'm going to officially call this one as done...we can move the rest to Skype RPs...everyone gains 10 EXP)
And so, the police have it all handled. The stalker can be found, Rena can get therapy...it's a win...right? But...in the shadows of another tree, a woman watches, with long blond hair, dressed in white robes. Her feet, barely visible within those folds, are a good solid six inches off the ground, as she floats away.
