Chii follows behind Millie, a bit surprised at her eagerness and energy.

The group is able to soon make their way to the Psyche headquarters, a small building with a large butterfly symbol on the front. The group is easily able to make their way through, the secretary recognizable as a Jurugumo. She gestures the group inside, where they can hear a loud yelling.
A woman dressed in a military uniform, is yelling at another girl. The second girl is...well, beautiful. Strikingly beautiful, to the point where she looks as if a Hollywood actress would pale before her. She looks like the ideal of beauty. Seeing someone like her? Makes any other woman look passe. Her hair is cut asymetrically, with henna tattoos on her left side but not right, giving her a bit of a punk look, only increased by her penchant for piercings.
The other woman, the military one, is taller then the second, and constantly poking the other in the chest. "You. Made. A. Promise. I know it wasn't a 'deal'...but you still assured me I could trust you. Heck, I know you're one of those people who made a 'deal not to make deals'...but you still have a RESPONSIBILITY. When you signed up here, you agreed to perform the duties of your station. And one of those duties, is the GROCERIES!"
At that, the second woman's figure...shifts, and standing there, is a demon from hell. Horns, giant bat wings, hooves, the works. Her eyes glow with unnatural power, as she glares at her inferior. "We need those groceries, because we have to feed VAMPIRES! Chiang Shih, Vampyrs, all of them require CRUCIAL nutrition. Some of them don't eat before they come here, and some rely on US to feed them! And don't forget those people with other dietary needs, like being allergic to garlic! So...you will GO to the grocery store, and you will GET the stuff we need to feed our clients, or I will MAKE YOU CLEAN THE TROLL HAVEN'S RESTROOMS WITH A TOOTHBRUSH!"
And then, the military woman is perfectly normal. Her jacket and shoes are even intact. "Now, I need to go compose myself before the next..." And then the military woman, Millie's agent, turns around and smiles. "MILLIE! Nice to see you. Sorry for the...temper tantrum. My associate here forgot to do the groceries." She steps forwards. "I'm Dr. Burke, Succubus. Navy Brats like me REALLY don't like people who don't do their duties."

"Doctor Burke! Hi!" Millie exclaims... from twenty feet away. After a pause, she closes in. "It's okay, right? I mean, this is Chii and... Celia? I think. They're from that club on campus I mentioned last time!"

Chii walks up behind Millie to the identified Dr. Burke, then introduces herself. "Chii, short for Chiyembekezo, Demon. It is nice to meet you,"....she pauses for a second before offering a hand; the talking-down was rather...excessive...even given the importance of promises. "....yes?".

Celia jumped up and down to make sure she wasn't missed "Hi, I'm Celia! I'm a heroine!"

Dr. Burke smiles, and walks over to the group, shaking Chi's hand, and nodding to Millie and Celia. Her yellow eyes are in the shape of pentagrams, but other then that...she seems quite normal, and gives off a friendly air. "It's nice to meet all of you. Sorry you had to see that. I was raised in the military, and, well...it's left me with a low tolerance for people who don't keep to the duty roster. Especially since she coulda caused some of our clients to starve. Especially the Chiang Shih...and, considering their racial paranoia, it could set therapy back weeks."
She looks over the group. "Well, you're a rather eclectic group. A demon, Millie, and a Lepre...no. Stark family? Most impressive. Anyway, I assume this is official Meta Club business?" She gestures to her office. "Come in, have a seat. Unfortunately, we don't have snacks..." And, there's the eyeglow again.

"Oh, that's alright. I ate some time this morning." Millie bounces a little on her feet, seemingly assured. "I mean, yeah. We're here about the hobos? I thought that maybe you--or somebody--might have more information? I mean, all we got at campus was that hobos were missing." She looks over at Celia and Chii, then back to Dr. Burke. "So... Is there a case file, or maybe a report we can borrow? A list of names? Maybe, um. Maybe a place?"

Celia smiled when she was recognized. The Starks weren't a particularly prominent family, save for their odd talent and channeling style. Well, the earlier was what they were recognized for.
Celia pouted for a moment when she walked it... before she realized she did have snacks.
After using her channeling powers in order to climb up into a chair, she reached into her purse and pulled out a cookie bigger than it was, and that looked too big for someone of her size to eat. She began to eat the cookie anyways.

Chii nods when noted, and follows Dr. Burke along to her office, though does not take a seat and simply nods again when told of the lack of snacks - she wasn't hungry anyway. She nearly answers Dr. Burke when Millie speaks up first; she decides to hold back and wait to see what Dr. Burke says in response.
She quietly wonders to herself if Celia would get sick from eating the relatively oversized cookie or not.

Dr. Burke nods, and smiles to Millie. "Of course. They're inside. I can't offer you ALL the info, but we at least know the place. We don't have an official case file on it yet, primarily due to the lack of information, but we can put it down to a specific part of town."
Her office is, well...tidy is the best way to describe it. It has a US flag, some Navy memorabilia, the sets of books that all psychology people have, and a few personal items. Looking at the office, it looks like the kind of place that could quickly be moved, if she had to, with minimal hustle and bustle.
She looks over to her computer. "Okay...we got the guy who gave the complaint, a notice of the area the disappearances were in...but we don't have info on the people who disappeared. Mostly it's just standard homeless. People who wouldn't be missed, nobody knows their name. But...a few were known, if only as 'that guy'. It's in the bad part of town. Nicknamed Magville, as it's conveniently on the other side of the Maglev trains...Pretty wide area. A soup kitchen nearby also pointed it out. No Community people missing...yet."
(Congrats, Celia, ya got an 8 on the dot!)

"Oh..." Millie plops herself into a chair and looks at the ground pensively. "I guess I was expecting too much--I mean, not that this is bad! It's not bad, I mean. We can use this." Her head jerks back up. "Do we want to go right now? I don't have any classes on Thursday mornings so I'm fine to stay out late, but I don't know what you guys' schedules look like."

... Wait.
Celia crossed and thought. She was... actually pretty knowledgable. She shook her head "Well, we're probably dealing with either a mad scientist or a mad shaper. If we're not dealing with anyone from the Community... proooobably not a magician."
The fact it could be something more mundane never appeared to cross her mind.

Chii paused and thought about what they knew. As she suspected, the homeless disappearing from the so-called 'bad' part of town were people whom 'mainstream society' considered beneath notice and thus 'not to be missed'. No involvement from the Community, so not likely a magician, rogue community member, or other common 'supernatural' threat...as Celia had pointed out. "Celia, those are possible....though it could also be a cult leader without any community affiliations, or a mundane psychopathic serial killer, no?"
She thought further. Who might know more information about the victims and the possible circumstances behind their disappearance? "I would suggest we speak with people at the soup kitchen, yes? Workers there may have known victims and any friends they had, and others who may become victims."

Burke holds up a hand. "Let me clarify. We don't have any Community VICTIMS, as of yet. We don't know if the culprit is in the Community, because obviously if we did, we'd find the guy and get rid of him. That said, there has been no evidence of it being, say...an Undead...but that's because there hasn't BEEN any evidence. It's the Tsukihime problem. How can you tell if a vampire is killing people, when all his victims are turned into vampires...bodies only show up if it's a failed issue. But, theoretically, a Community criminal would first go after other Community people...unless it was someone on the outsides of the community. And, you two got it right. Lot of options...no clues."
She thumbs to an address from her book, and copies it down. "This is the address of the soup kitchen. Should be a good place to go. Used for some prisoners who got off on community service. Not a bad place. We haven't checked it out yet because, well...we don't have the manpower. The police have it on the books, but they aren't exactly well-liked in that area."

"Oh, thank you!" Millie takes the note from Dr. Burke with an eager nod. Then, she leans back in her seat, looking away for a moment. "So... Oh!" She leans back in, putting her free hand on the edge of Burke's desk. "I found out what that statue meant! Did you see it? I told you it was big! We even talked to the artist!"
