Nikki shrugged, and figured she could answer Robin's question herself "Psychics and non-humans were given the scholarship. The thing is that this is... well... a club. I would hazard a guess that there'd be a community presence anyways, considering that the college probably has about as many psychics as anywhere else. Plus, considering how much marginalization there's been in the past, there might be some hesitation to join something that would paint a 'hey, look, I'm different' on their forehead. The thing is, those football players? Maybe they have some talent that would make them better football players, so if word got out... yeah, if you think they'd be in some social hot water if they used 'roids, then..."

Chii turns to Glen, a thoughtful expression on her face.
"Hm. Well, we're most likely going to be asking questions about what this cult is, who its members are, and what their motivations and actions are. What those are determines actions, yes?" She asks, rhetorically. "But if they are up to no good, it is possible they may be...stupid. Would be nice if they were up to nothing but tea and cakes though, yes? Though I suspect not."

Greta looks over the group. "Quite simply? We are recruiting students because many of the invited students did not show. They are apparently lazy."
"Now, to help you along your way...I will go over the list of people again. First, we have Jessica Kara. She should just be leaving a cooking class. We also have Dima Zarman, who is...well, I quite frankly don't know where she is. Next, we have: Clint Faerbolg, A bit of a thug, and a strong fighter; Chei Green, a very nice kid who has sometimes worked as a for hire muscle; Krystal Osprey, an aspiring Shaper; Elizabeth Audrey, a straight A student who is working on a law degree; Alexi Kanst, an engineering major working on Upright constructoin; Chiko Sawatoru, a rather rich corporate daughter; Leah Killian, a cheerleader who is running a few of the social activist clubs; William Brasco, a kitsune with an eye towards business; Yancy Marlow, a wealthy but lazy heir; Bruce Walter, the son of Senator Walters; Uriel Wisconsin, a very good jaz player; Quincey Haile, a nice actress who...seems to stay off the grid; Piper Costas, a sculptor who is planning her main debut of a new piece; Jennifer Summers, a fellow member of the Community and expert swimmer: Forrest Mason, the second-year captain of the football team...with a broken leg; and Kevin Reardon, the new star player of the football team."
She looks over. "We only need five. Now, not all of these people have supernatural abilities. Some are merely normal people who need a chance to interact with others. Robin, I believe you've met Jennifer before. She stays at the inn you frequent."

Glen listens to Chii, before nodding "I understand. We aspire a peacefull investigation, but none can tell the reactions of such people... I will gladly accompany you." Shi says, stepping over to Chii. It was certainly an easier task for her than to interact with so many new people at once.

"I agree." Shi replies, sounding fairly cheerfull "I am glad we get to be productive so early. I was told that college would be a little different than that, but I always welcome some activity. Good collaboration!" With that, shi walks off, to group up with the Cult-Investigators.

Looking at the piece of paper in her hand with an address on it, Delphi knocked on the door to the Meta Club. Hearing voices from the other side of the door, she opens it carefully and says, "Uh, hello? I have a note suggesting that I should join or be a member here. Can I ask what the Meta Club deals with? And if there's an Archery Club on campus I can join as well?"

Greta smiles as she sees Delphi...and raises her eyebrows at Delphi's back. "Ah, Delphi. I've heard of you. The Oread...the Meta Club is simply a club for people who are...different from the standard, to meet and interact with more normal people. Thanks to some...incidents involving previous things, people in this club are also going to be used as problem solvers. We're also working on something for the school fair."
It's at that point, that the party hears a 'kerthump' from outside. Someone is nearby.

"That sounds..." Delphi started, before the 'kerthump' sound is made, making her stop in mid-sentence, and look at where the sound came from while stepping out of the doorway to get a better look. "Ah... does being problem solvers include dealing with whatever made that thumping noise?" Delphi asks, instead, pointing towards where the sound came from.

"Well, that's one more member." Nikki noted, as Delphi entered.
Nikki nodded "Well, unless one of those is an army brat, I'd probably be best at dealing with one of the football players. Being a tomboy should help there. There's two of them; if one has a broken leg, then it might be a good idea to wait for Chii to get back, if he has the energy. He's a healer, right? Bet he could do something to help with enough prep time. So the other football player should work out. Barring that, I have some combat training myself. I'm not sure if I could beat Clint in a one on one fight, at least without my spear... which would probably not be the right tool for a sparring match... but either way, might be able to get his respect with a sparring match."
And then she heard a thump outside "I'll go check. Somebody dude probably just fell out of a tree or something."
Still, if it was hostile... well, Nikki was already going to be looking for it in the first place. If it turned out to be hostile, there was a good chance Nikki would be ready.

Nikki is now Aware of the Presence. Of course, more then one person looking would be best, and a lot of the group are a bit too busy with the cult thing.
Greta nods, and motions for the party to move. "Remember, we still need more people...the more allies you have, the better. And the more hands."
(For people who want to get involved...now's your chance! Investigate the presence, and you might get a chance for some fun!)

Niko comes right through the front door, stretching and letting out a little yawn. She approaches the others, and looks at the list of people. "Soooo... what, you want us to find these people and convince 'em to come hang out with us? Huh... kinda interested in meetin' that Clint guy and getting his ass over here. If he makes a fuss about it I'll just kick him in the dick and drag him over here by the hair... unless someone called dibs. In which case... eh, anyone you think I'd mesh with better? That Dima girl, maybe?"
