Nikki walked outside, before mentioning "Okay, whoever you are, you're worse at stealth than a herd of elephants."
Nikki smiled "Now, could you kindly get up out of the bushes? If I have to track you down and drag you out of hiding myself, you'll look even more pathetic than you do already."
Nikki rolls Persuade 4 to convince the interlopers to reveal themselves.

Casey walked through the area, looking at a map.
"Okay so it should be about here...."
She's dressed in a white and navy blue Lolita dress the ties in the back with a frilled collar, big blue ribbon on the front, white stockings, navy mary janes, and a navy hat with a blue ribbon tied on it. Clashing with her outfit is her bag, which is Pink and Heart Shaped.
"HEY!" Casey waves to Nikki and rushes over, her tail and ears Clearly showing she's a kitsune. "Excuse me. Can you please be a dear and show me where the Meta Club is?"

Following Nikki, and seeing Casey ask Nikki where the Meta Club is, Delphi points back where they just came from, "It's in the building over there. We just left due to a thumping noise over here, which I don't think you made."
Delphi looks carefully over at where Nikki's talking, hoping to spot what made the thumping noise.

In a lazy manner, Robin eventually made her way over to the others, wow she was slow today "Got anything already ? That was some odd thump right there..." She says.

Niko comes out of the building and looks about. "Was it that kitsune?" she asks, walking over to Nikki with one hand near her own pocket. "Kinda doubt it... but it's right over there. Can't miss it." She points the kitsune in the right direction.

And...then three figures poke their way out of the bushes. One of them, is a man dressed in ragged clothes, and...a little on the stinky side. His hair, poking out from under his beanie, is unkempt and oily. Next to him, is a woman with oriental features. Looks Chinese. Both have microphones, and little press badges, along with handheld cameras.
Oh God.
They're REPORTERS!

"I'm pretty sure there is press restrictions on a school campus, especially one that's in the public eye as much as this one would be. I'm pretty sure that we should call the police to arrest these trespassers." Delphi said to Niko, loud enough that the three 'members of the press' could hear.
And then Casey tried to create illusions, and grabbed Nikki's hand to try to run off. This actually stopped Delphi from trying to either call the police, or talk to the 'members of the press', out of momentary shock based paralysis.

And then, out of nowhere, reporters. Well, at least it wasn't more ninjas. Reporters could be friendly enough "So, anywa-" before she was interrupted by Casey summoning illusions, momentarily distracting her, before she shouted "What the the-" Casey less managed to get Nikki to run, so much as managing to pull the dryad back half a step before she tripped, landing on her own ass. Nikki cringed "Urg." blushing and looking annoyed "Nikki Howell." she replied to the press corps, before looking at Delphi "There's some things too sensitive for the public eye. A college campus's school club... not so much. Besides, hey, club shows up in the local paper, easy way to get a few more members, right? I call that a win-win."
"Barring possible headlines about crazy kitsune, I take it your interested in our club?" Nikki asked, dusting off a bit of loose dirt that had gotten on the leg of her pants. The existence of the supernatural was public, why were they throwing a fit?

(Okay. First illusion spell cast. Casey, remember to post a link to your sheet. Also, take a Fate Point for playing your Heiress aspect to a hilt. Now, the base for Illusion is 6...and you got a 3. So you take 3 Life Force Stress. Also, something to be aware of...well, you'll see.)
The reporters both blink as they see the two politicians fighting. The oriental girl starts snapping pictures using a SECOND camera she has with her, of the more traditional type. "MIKA KWAN IS ON THE CASE! TORBEN, look at this!"
Torben, for his part, points at the fleeing Casey. "DEMON! KIMIHO! SHE WILL STEAL OUR SOULS AND REPLACE US TO USE OUR SKINS FOR EVIL. BACK! BACK..." He visibly slumps. "Oh...you're already running away. Um...carry on?"
At which point, Casey trips over a rock and lands flat on her face. (And gains a SECOND fate point for "Ker-Thump")
While Tweedlee and Tweedledum do their thing, a third man gets out of the bushes, recognizable as the local...well, everything. He's the reporter who does most of the human interest stories for the past fifty years. He's been around longer then some Dryads. He walks up to the three people who are NOT fleeing, and raises an eyebrow. "The Heiress does not like the press...does she?"
That's when Mika notices the figures Casey made...are not moving. She blinks. They don't move. She snaps another picture. "Stupid illusions. VERY good illusions, though...Eh, well, tabloids will pay for 'em." She waves at the party.
(You can't make MOVING illusions yet. Still, that was hilarious...and everyone in this thread is now set to 10 EXP total. YAY! Which means Delphi and Casey are equal to the rest of the group. Pretty good for latecomers, huh?)

Delphi has a stabbing feeling of fear that felt a little like a heart attack as Torben started pointing and yelling about a demon. This spike of fear had her back branches rustle and start moving away from where her quiver normally sits on her back. Finding out that Torben was talking about Casey, and not Delphi herself, allowed Delphi to calm down a little and breath out a sigh of relief. Her back branches returned to their original positions as she did so.
Delphi then looked at Nikki, "I'm pretty sure that, if there's a restriction on reporters, it's not due to secrets. It's because they'd overwhelm the student body with sheer numbers to get a story. Especially the racist one's like that guy," Delphi pointed at Torben, "who just want to view others as evil."

For her part, Nikki took a look at the utter stupidity the first two reporters were engaged in, watching with an expression of irritation and disbelief. This certainly hadn't been helped by the fact that one of her classmates had tried to drag her by the hand, and two of the reporters acting completely idiotic "I'm not even sure what to say." she thought, believing that the reporters had done a report on the busting of an LSD dealer, and decided to 'report' on the potency of his wares just before coming here.
The third reporter, despite hiding in the bushes, seemed to be at least half sane past that "Probably not." Nikki replied. After Casey's little display, it was pretty obvious who he was talking about, and the answer to his question "If you're wanting questions about her, she just got here, apparently. So none of us know her."
She nodded, before saying "Anyways, I'm willing to answer what questions I can about the Meta Club, if you're interested in it. We're still pretty new though."

The reporter, Adrian Rocha, turns to Nikki and pulls out a notepad. "Happily. Now, first off...who are the current members of the meta club. Is it true that it's run by Greta, the...Dryad, correct?" The irony escapes him. Apparently, he misses Nikki's lips. Eyes. Eyeshadow. Tips of fingers.
He seems to ponder a question, but doesn't ask. "And, can you tell me about those people? Especially who they are affiliated with." He flips through his notes. "A woman named...Jessica? Dima...Something about Jennifer? Is there any reason why they are chosen?" He suddenly raises an eyebrow. "Ah! Piper. I remember her."
