Nikki looked at Millie for a moment, at blinked. What was this about a pike and stabbing?
"Idiot..." she muttered under her breath. At this point, Nikki had filed Millie in the crazy person cabinet, and decided to disregard.
"Anyways, do you have any information on behavior or stalking patterns?" Nikki doubted she'd get good information on this, but it was worth asking "Even just a rumor."

Rena shakes her head. "I only know what I do to make my scare videos...you hide in the bushes, wait for someone to pass by, then jump out and go BOO. I also use my skill at Cloaking, which means people can't see me unless they use something electronic."
And...she's gone. She's...just not there. And then she's back. "Like that. Of course, I can't really DO much while I'm cloaked, as it...well, it kinda feels like I'm wrapping myself up in an invisible blanket. So, if I sprint out or anything, it breaks the cloak. Of course...that's something only creatures of the night can do..."

Millie's head jerks from Rena, "Oh! Ohhhh, nice! B-but we probably don't need that anyway. Who needs a cloak?" Then Delphi points out a character in the background of one of Rena's photos! "Oh, let me see!" If given the chance, Millie restarts the video -- and jumps in surprise as youtube-Rena startles the park-goers. "O-oh! Oh, I missed it." Millie licks at the corner of her lips and fiddles with the player until the video replays. She plays the video again. And again. And again. "Oh! Oh, I see it now! How do I make the picture stop?"

Rena smiles, as she leans over and taps on the video. "You just tap it, and it stops and...wow. That guy is creeepy...I mean. Seriously creepy. I mean...kill it with FIRE creepy. Is he just...staring at me? Think he did this to other people?"

Nikki waited for a few moments sighing, "You know, hanging around the park being creepy isn't illegal. I mean, I'm probably yell at the dumb bastard to knock it off, but what are we supposed to do?"

Delphi looks at Nikki for a few moments, before sighing. "You know, we don't have to directly stop every problem we're given. There's probably not enough evidence that the creeper's a person to go to the police with much. If we get his appearance details and give that and the video to the police, as well as the face that the guy's sneaking around the park while cloaked, if the creeper does do something illegal, they'll have something to go off of. Hell, if they don't know about the 'electronic recording devices can reveal otherwise invisible people', we could be taken quite seriously."

"Okay, thanks! That's all I needed," Millie tells Rena. She stares intently at the figure in the video, mumbling to herself incoherently. "Do you know where this was at?" she asks the prankster. "I would like to see the place. And, you know. Seer it out. Seerize it."

Rena nods. "Um...I think it's...well, it's by the big tree, so...this way....well, if you want to help. And not just call the police...maybe the police have a seer who could help? But, yeah...we...kinda don't have that much..."
She snaps her fingers. "Which is why we must FIND him! or her! Or it. Or wahtever. Come, Noble Seer! We away to the big tree!" And, she makes a wooshing sound as she runs with her cloak out. As in, she's saying 'woosh'. "WOOSH! WOOSH!"
And she runs to a big tree nearby, and starts standing at it, looking at the video, while spinning around in a circle. "It's...THATAWAY!'

Delphi started following for a moment before she realised something. "Does anyone have a camera on them? We won't be able to see this guy without one if he IS cloaked, and taping him would probably make it a bit easier to show the police what the park creeper looks like."

Millie follows after Rena, her staff tapping on the ground for every three steps she takes. "Just... just tell me when we get there, okay? I... normally I have to be there at the right time, but sometimes I can... I can... um, 'tune' myself? Tune myself a little better.

This is, at the least, close enough for Millie to handle things...Nikki and Delphi can also both tell that it's, well, close to where the guy was in the video. Maybe if either of them has tracking skills, they can handle it? There are plenty of footprints, and such, so it's likely a cold trail...but a stalker would likely leave other evidence. Discarded burner phone, tending to hide in bushes, witnesses of suspicious behavior...

"Okay. Well... sorry." Millie looks awkwardly at the other girls. "I haven't done this in a while. Just, uh... don't touch me until I'm done, okay?" Then... she just goes quiet, leaning on her staff, as her eyes go round as saucers. Millie stares blankly ahead, then to the left, and the right, her pupils dilating and shrinking wildly. Otherwise, she barely moves or makes a sound.

(You did good. About the only thing you missed, was noting your +s. In this case, It's 6. +2 from Aspect. And +2 from Master Oracle. So, you start at 10! Unfortunately, Oracle is INSANELY difficult. In this case, since you only have a loose notice of this...it's 8+5. So, 13. And, you got a +1!...with your 11...you only take 2 stress from the vision. Good job!)
And then Millie can see everything. The past comes to her, as if she is there. People walking in the park. It's dark, so there aren't much people, but she can see a group of goths walking around. In the distance, the creeper is busy, a tall man, a bit overweight, with a shaggy beard and a cap on. It's...from a gas station.
He looks at the group in disgust, and walks deeper into the park. To a tree, a big, dead one that hasn't been cleared yet. When he gets to the tree, he fiddles with it, revealing part of the tree has been hollowed out. Within it?
Is a bow, and a series of arrows. He takes one, looks it over...and pulls out a pair of binoculars. He focuses in on the goths...only to see them meet with a larger group. Angered, he waits.
And then he starts to pray. "Angel...grant me the power. In the name of the Rock of Ages, let me slay these tainted monsters..."
...And then she's back to reality. He's a Van Hellsing! Someone who murders people just for not being human.
