"Yeah." Xue looks back to the monitor with a bit of a sigh. "Wouldn't be the first time we've done something like this." Well, that was a thing. A salute? Looked kinda cute she guessed. But Xue didn't think she could pull it off the same. Wrong demeanor. "We sort of undisclosed various events. A lot of video games were parodies of actual events." Though this... was a punch in the gut. "Not this close to home though. Usually just a few people of the Organization are shown. Not the whole deal."

"Hm. Well, take my time. Augment my abilities, and take him down. A trail of blood is a bit too over the top when considering something like this. Use a knife, not a sledge hammer." She gets a bit of a stretch in. "M...mph. Learn... about runes. See if I can't make my cybernetics any better."

"Hm... Well, to learn rune crafting, or strange martial arts of other realms, or how to fight against magic - this seemed like a good place. Worse case scenario, I make a few allies and make the fight easier. In the interim, I'm surrounded by people with abilities in an environment where they are more than likely to side with me against would be assassins. It was pretty much the only choice."

"I see... fair enough!" She responded brightly. "Well! It's good meeting you at the very least~ I can't help much with cool martial arts or rune whatever, but I can play a pretty keen game of Lumines, so I'd say I am now an invaluable member of your kick ass ninja team~" She said with a fanged grin.

That gets a bit of a laugh, but in a good way. She smiles a bit afterwards, "I see. Well, when I'm done here I have to go to the scrap yard. If you have mind to go for a walk, you could enjoy an adventure for spare parts."

"Sure, sure!" Mio responded before looking back at her luggage. "I... just... have to ask if the staff will look after my stuff here for a bit..." she said with a small frown. "Don't think dragging it along would be very stealthy..."

Xue went on ahead and cleared her tracks as best she could online. That usually meant delete browser history and cookies. But you know hey, that's a thing. Afterwards she slipped up to her feet, "Well stealth's not really the goal. I'm going there to shop for parts." She teases back, "I mean, I'm good, but I don't want to sneak out with a car engine."

Mio nodded, walking up to the counter to talk to the clerk for a moment. After a bit of finagling, she dropped off her goods and turned to return to Xue. "Alright, ready to go boss~" She said brightly. "Lead us on to adventure!"

Xue Fang walks on next to the door while she waits. Well. Could be interesting. All these new people all friendly like. Could be worse. Could be a bunch of... uuuh.. well some of them are 'monsters'. Could be a bunch of... well.. Venus and that magic teacher seemed pretty crazy. Hm. Well they could be hostile. There. That's a good distinction. Oh. Hey. Mio's ready. Xue gave a nod in return, "Good to hear. Let's roll out." She says with a bit of a smile, and... goes.
